The recent nuptials of Larry Sidman, former president of the Association of Public Television Stations, and his bride Jana Singer were
featured in Friday's (Dec. 3) New York Times. She is a law professor at University of Maryland. Their first date, after meeting at a dinner party in March 2009: “I asked her to go for a walk around the Tidal Basin to see the cherry blossoms,” Sidman said. Less than a year later, he proposed while the two were vacationing in California.
