NewHour's annotated version of Obama speech called "remarkable"

PBS NewsHour's "Annotated State of the Union" is being praised by the Poynter Institute's Al Tompkins as a "remarkable analysis." The feature breaks the speech into clips with links to resources for people who want to learn more. "It's pretty brilliant," Tompkins writes.
