Current's obituary for, as well as two tributes to, Jim Fellows, the publication's founder, who died Jan. 6 at age 77. Fellows represented stations on the national scene for 40 years, serving as the last president of the National Association of Educational Broadcasters, a forerunner and parent of PBS and NPR. Here is his
